KMF Solutions have been involved with CRM before the term was widely recognised.  Our Lead Consultant worked on bespoke Customer Databases in early (1990) DB2 days, and since then has become an authority on Customer Database design. 

We have experience in implementing CRM-based solutions across multiple business areas, such as:

Whilst many systems have been implemented in a bespoke environment, KMF have many years' worth of knowledge with Packaged Solutions, including Oracle (Siebel) and Lagan, as well as gaining an understanding into Cloud-orientated products such as Salesforce.com.  In addition, KMF can integrate these products with other products (such as Genesys CTI, or PayPal) and technologies, such as Web Services, or Siebel Analytics Data Warehousing.

Although not our core focus, KMF have been able to assist in more technical-orientated analysis including Data Centre Warehousing migrations and system virtualisation.
